Folk on the Pier All-Stars Big Session! |
Sunday 9th March |

A very special and unique concert which is being kindly brought together by top folk fiddler and Cromer folk festival regular Tom Leary. Tom has spent some considerable time recruiting high profile names from the UK folk scene who are generously giving up their time to star in this very exciting concert, the entire profit of which will be donated to the 2008 production of the 'Folk on the Pier Festival' Norfolk's largest one of its kind. |
All the performers are regular favourites and include ace acoustic guitarist Kevin Dempsey, blues and folk-rock guitarist P J Wright, acoustic guitar maestro Pete Smith and award winning Essex folk band Mawkin. Tom Leary will also of course be picking up his fiddle as well as producing the show.It should be stressed that the list of acts is not exhaustive and there are a few more surprises in store! Keep an eye on the website for further developments. This will be a very special one-off concert that many will talk about for quite some time to come! |
